11. Urges compliance with international human rights law, and urges all parties to respect international humanitarian law, in particular the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and the additional Protocols thereto, of 1977;
11 - تحث على الامتثال للقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان، وتحث جميع الأطراف على احترام القانون الإنساني الدولي، ولا سيما اتفاقيات جنيف لعام 1949() والبروتوكولين الملحقين بها لعام 1977()؛

The Commission develops, harmonizes and manages activities for the implementation of commitments of Slovenia in the field of international humanitarian law, in particular the Geneva Conventions of 1949 and the 1997 Additional Protocols thereto, as well as the dissemination of international humanitarian law knowledge at the national level.
وتقوم اللجنة بتطوير ومواءمة وإدارة الأنشطة المتعلقة بتنفيذ التزامات سلوفينيا في ميدان القانون الإنساني الدولي، ولا سيما اتفاقيات جنيف لعام 1949 وبروتوكوليها الإضافيين لعام 1997، بالإضافة إلى نشر المعرفة بالقانون الإنساني الدولي على الصعيد الوطني.

12. Reaffirms that all parties to the conflict are bound to comply with their obligations under international humanitarian law and, in particular, the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, and that persons who commit or order the commission of grave breaches of the Conventions are individually responsible in respect of such breaches;
١٢ - يؤكـد مـن جديـد أن جميع أطراف النزاع ملزمة بالوفاء بالتزاماتها بموجب القانون اﻹنساني الدولي ولا سيما اتفاقيات جنيف المؤرخة ١٢ آب/أغسطس ١٩٤٩ وأن اﻷشخاص الذين يرتكبون انتهاكات جسيمة للاتفاقيات أو يأمرون بارتكابها مسؤولون مسؤولية شخصية عن هذه الانتهاكات؛
