52. For the reasons outlined above, the Special Rapporteur concludes that the measures she has proposed for the protection of the heritage of indigenous peoples are permitted, and to a large extent required by recently-adopted international instruments in the fields of trade and the environment, in particular the Convention on Biological Diversity and the Agreement on Trade-Related Intellectual Property Rights.
٢٥- خلصت المقررة الخاصة استناداً إلى اﻷسباب المبينة أعلاه إلى نتيجة مفادها أن التدابير التي اقترحتها لحماية تراث الشعوب اﻷصلية جائزة وإلى حد كبير ضرورية وفقاً لصكوك دولية اعتمدت مؤخراً في مجالي التجارة والبيئة، ولا سيما الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالتنوع البيولوجي واتفاق الجوانب المتصلة بالتجارة من حقوق الملكية الفكرية.

It also appears in regional human rights instruments and in several International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, in particular Convention No. 102 on Minimum Standards of Social Security.
كما يرد ذكر الحق في الضمان الاجتماعي في الصكوك الإقليمية لحقوق الإنسان()، وفي عدد من اتفاقيات منظمة العمل الدولية، ولا سيما الاتفاقية رقم 102 المتعلقة بالمعايير الدنيا للضمان الاجتماعي.
