10. Declares that rape is a heinous crime and encourages the International Tribunal to give due priority to the cases of the victims of rape in the areas of armed conflict in the former Yugoslavia, in particular in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
١٠ - تعلن أن الاغتصاب جريمة شنعــاء وتشجــع المحكمة الدولية على إعطــاء ما ينبغي من أولوية لقضايا ضحايا الاغتصاب في مناطق النزاع المسلح في يوغوسلافيا السابقة، ولا سيما في جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك؛

13. Declares that rape is a heinous crime and encourages the International Tribunal to give due priority to the cases of the victims of rape in the areas of armed conflict in the former Yugoslavia, in particular in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
٣١ - تعلن أن الاغتصاب جريمة بشعة وتشجع المحكمة الدولية على إعطاء اﻷولوية الواجبة لقضايا ضحايا الاغتصاب في مناطق النزاع المسلح في يوغوسلافيا السابقة، ولا سيما في جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك؛

8. Underlines the urgent need to intensify the efforts towards an overall political settlement agreed by all parties in the former Yugoslavia, and in particular in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
٨ - يؤكد الحاجة الملحة الى تكثيف الجهود الرامية الى تحقيق تسوية سياسية شاملة تتفق عليها جميع اﻷطراف في يوغوسلافيا السابقة، ولا سيما في جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك؛

" 8. Underlines the urgent need to intensify the efforts towards an overall political settlement agreed by all parties in the former Yugoslavia, and in particular in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

Declares that rape is a heinous crime and encourages the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 to give due priority to the cases of the victims of rape in the areas of armed conflict in the former Yugoslavia, in particular in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina;
٧ - تعلن أن الاغتصاب جريمة شنعاء وتشجع المحكمة الدولية لمحاكمة اﻷشخاص المسؤولين عن الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون اﻹنساني الدولي في إقليم يوغوسلافيا السابقة منذ عام ١٩٩١ على منح اﻷولوية الواجبة لقضايا ضحايا الاغتصاب في مناطق النزاع المسلح في يوغوسلافيا السابقة، ولا سيما في جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك؛

In the twelfth paragraph the expression " in particular in the former Yugoslavia " should be replaced by " in particular in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina " and the word " instrument " by the word " weapon " , and the inverted commas should be deleted.
وفـي الفقرة الثانيــة عشرة مــن الديباجــة، ينبغي الاستعاضة عن العبارة " ولا سيما في يوغوسلافيا السابقة " بالعبارة " ولا سيما في جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك " ، وفي النص الانكليزي ينبغي الاستعاضة عن كلمة " instrument " في السطر اﻷخير بكلمة " wiapon " وحذف الهلالين المزدوجين.

Paragraph 10 should be replaced by the following paragraph: " Determines that rape is a heinous crime and encourages the International Tribunal to give due priority to the cases of the victims of rape in the areas of the armed conflict in the former Yugoslavia, in particular in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina " .
كما ينبغي الاستعاضة عن الفقرة ١٠ بالفقرة التالية: " تعلن أن الاغتصاب جريمة شنعاء وتشجع المحكمة الدولية على إعطاء اﻷولوية إلى الحالات المتصلة بضحايا الاغتصاب في مناطق النزاع المسلح في يوغوسلافيا السابقة، ولا سيما في جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك " .

Growth in these economies will, however, remain well below potential, particularly in the Republic of Korea.
