12. Urges States not to expel, return ( " refouler " ), extradite or in any other way transfer a person to another State where there are substantial grounds for believing that the person would be in danger of being subjected to torture, and recognizes that diplomatic assurances, where used, do not release States from their obligations under international human rights, humanitarian and refugee law, in particular the principle of non-refoulement;
12 - تحث الدول على عدم طـرد أي شخص أو إعادته ( " الإعادة القسرية " ) أو تسليمه أو نقله بأي طريقة أخرى إلى دولـة أخرى، إذا توافرت لديها أسباب حقيقيـة تدعـو إلى الاعتقاد بأن هذا الشخص سيكون معرضا لخطر التعذيب، وتعترف بأن الضمانات الدبلوماسية، حيثما استخدمت، لا تعفي الدول من التزاماتها بموجب قانون حقوق الإنسان الدولي والقانون الإنساني الدولي والقانون الدولي للاجئين، ولا سيما مبدأ عدم الإعادة القسرية؛

(e) To review and, where appropriate, revise, amend or abolish any laws, regulations, policies, practices and customs that discriminate against women or have a discriminatory impact on women, and to ensure that provisions of multiple legal systems, where they exist, comply with international human rights obligations, commitments and principles, in particular the principle of non-discrimination.
(ﻫ) استعراض جميع القوانين واللوائح والسياسات والممارسات والأعراف التي تميز ضد المرأة أو التي يكون لها أثر تمييزي عليها، وحسب الاقتضاء تنقيحها أو تعديلها أو إلغائها، وضمان امتثال أحكام النظم القانونية المتعددة، حيثما وجدت، للالتزامات والتعهدات والمبادئ الدولية في مجال حقوق الإنسان، ولا سيما مبدأ عدم التمييز.
