3 - تكرار الدعوة الملحة التي وجهها مجلس الأمن لإجراء عملية تفاوض شاملة وذات مصداقية ومفتوحة لجميع القبائل في شمال مالي بهدف ضمان تسوية سياسية دائمة للأزمة وإحلال السلام والاستقرار على المدى الطويل في جميع أنحاء البلد، في ظل احترام سيادة دولة مالي ووحدتها وسلامتها الإقليمية، على النحو المطلوب في اتفاق واغادوغو المبدئي المبرم في 18 حزيران/يونيه 2013.
