(a) The meeting expressed its support for the valuable proposals contained in the report, particularly the proposals for a comprehensive reporting calendar ensuring reporting compliance with treaty obligations, a simplified reporting procedure, page limitations relating to the reporting process and the use of modern technologies such as webcasting and videoconferencing.
(أ) أعرب الاجتماع عن تأييده للاقتراحات القيّمة الواردة في التقرير، ولا سيما الاقتراحات الخاصة بوضع جدول زمني شامل لتقديم التقارير يكفل الامتثال في تقديم التقارير للالتزامات بموجب المعاهدات، ووضع إجراء مبسط لتقديم التقارير، وتحديد عدد الصفحات فيما يتعلق بعملية تقديم التقارير، واستخدام التكنولوجيات الحديثة مثل البث على الإنترنت وعقد المؤتمرات عن طريق الفيديو.
