While recognizing the improvements in the logical framework, the General Assembly encouraged programme managers to continue to further improve the qualitative aspects of indicators of achievement in order to allow for better evaluation of results, bearing in mind that indicators should be strategic, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound.
