(هـ) شجعت الدول الأعضاء على المشاركة في التقييمات العالمية المتعلقة بالتقديرات السريعة والمؤشرات المركبة للدورات الاقتصادية، وعلى تقديم ممارساتها المتبعة في تجميع واستخدام المؤشرات الاقتصادية القصيرة الأجل إلى شعبة الإحصاءات لكي تدرجها في قاعدة معارف الإحصاءات الاقتصادية على موقعها الشبكي؛

(b) encouraged Member States, international organizations and civil society to take into account the report of the Open-ended Working Group and the proposals contained therein in the discussions in other forums in which humanitarian, health, human rights, environmental and development affairs were addressed;
(ب) شجعت الدول الأعضاء والمنظمات الدولية والمجتمع المدني على أخذ تقرير الفريق العامل وما يتضمنه من مقترحات في الاعتبار، في سياق المناقشات التي تجريها محافل أخرى للتصدي للمسائل الإنسانية والمسائل المتعلقة بالصحة وحقوق الإنسان والبيئة والتنمية؛

(d) encouraged Member States to establish national central data hubs using Statistical Data and Metadata Exchange standards on a voluntary basis in accordance with the proposed internationally accepted data template to ensure harmonization with international guidelines, while expressing the need for further consultations with Member States and flexibility in the time horizon for the creation of these data hubs;
(د) شجعت الدول الأعضاء على إنشاء مراكز بيانات مركزية وطنية باستخدام معايير تبادل البيانات الإحصائية والبيانات الفوقية على أساس طوعي وفقا لنموذج البيانات المقترح والمقبول دوليا لضمان المواءمة مع المبادئ التوجيهية الدولية، مع الإعراب عن الحاجة إلى إجراء مزيد من المشاورات مع الدول الأعضاء وإبداء المرونة في الإطار الزمني المحدد لإنشاء مراكز البيانات هذه؛

2. The Council is reminded that the General Assembly, in section III of its resolution 3392 (XXX) on the review of the intergovernmental and expert machinery dealing with the formulation, review and approval of programmes and budgets, encouraged Member States to be represented in the Committee for Programme and Coordination at an adequate level in order to raise the expertise of the Committee.
2 - ويسترعى انتباه المجلس إلى أن الجمعية العامة، في الجزء ثالثا من قرارها 3392 (د - 30) بشأن إجراء دراسة استعراضية للأجهزة الحكومية الدولية والمؤلفة من الخبراء التي تعالج شؤون إعداد البرامج والميزانيات واستعراضها وإقرارها، شجعت الدول الأعضاء على أن يكون تمثيلها في لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق بمستوى مناسب بغية رفع مستوى الخبرة الفنية في هذه اللجنة.

16. Recall that the General Assembly encouraged Member States to invite the United Nations to participate, ex officio, in current and new aid modalities and coordination mechanisms, and its invitation to the United Nations development system to enhance its participation in this regard; and invite the Assembly to give encouragement to the countries concerned in their continuing efforts.
16 - يشيرون إلى أن الجمعية العامة قد شجعت الدول الأعضاء على دعوة الأمم المتحدة للمشاركة بحكم صفتها الرسمية، في طرائق المعونة وآليات التنسيق الجارية والجديدة، وإلى الدعوة التي وجهتها الجمعية إلى جهاز الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي ليعزز مشاركته في هذا الخصوص؛ ويدعون الجمعية إلى تشجيع البلدان المعنية في جهودها المتواصلة.

2. The Council is reminded that the General Assembly, in section III of its resolution 3392 (XXX) on the review of the intergovernmental and expert machinery dealing with the formulation, review and approval of programmes and budgets, encouraged Member States to be represented in the Committee for Programme and Coordination at an adequate level in order to raise the expertise of the Committee.
2 - ويسترعى انتباه المجلس إلى أن الجمعيـــة العامة، في الجزء الثالث من قرارها 3392 (د-30) بشأن استعراض الآلية الحكومية الدولية وآلية الخبراء المتعلقة بصياغة البرامج والميزانيات واستعراضها والموافقة عليها، شجعت الدول الأعضاء على أن يكون ممثلوها في لجنة البرنامج والتنسيق على مستوى مناسب من أجل رفع مستوى الخبرة لدى اللجنة.

In this resolution, UN member states encouraged " the Secretary-General to update the roster of experts and laboratories, as well as the technical guidelines and procedures, available to him for the timely and efficient investigation of alleged use " .
