The Committee recalls in this respect that a State party has an obligation under article 4, paragraph 2, of the Optional Protocol to cooperate with the Committee and to submit written explanations or statements clarifying the matter and the remedy, if any, that may have been granted.
وتشير اللجنة في هذا الصدد إلى أن الدولة الطرف ملزمة بموجب الفقرة 2 من المادة 4 من البروتوكول الاختياري بالتعاون مع اللجنة وتقديم شروح أو بيانات خطية توضح المسألة وسبيل الانتصاف الذي أتاحته، إن وُجد.

وتقوم الدولة المعنية، في غضون تلك المهلة، بتقديم شروح أو بيانات خطية إلى اللجنة توضح فيها المسألة وتشير إلى أي تدابير لرفع الظلامة قد تكون اتخذتها.

It recalls that under the Optional Protocol, the State party concerned is required to submit to the Committee written explanations or statements clarifying the matter and the remedy, if any, that it may have taken.
وهي تذكّر بأن الدولة الطرف المعنية ملزمة، بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري، بتقديم شروح أو بيانات مكتوبة للجنة توضح فيها المسألة وما اتخذته من تدابير لمعالجة الحالة.
