2. Requests the President of the General Assembly at its sixty-seventh session to extend the mandate of the two co-facilitators to continue open, transparent and inclusive negotiations, with the view to considering a possible outcome during the sixty-seventh session of the Assembly.
2 - تطلب إلى رئيس الجمعية العامة في دورتها السابعة والستين تمديد ولاية الميسرين المشاركين لمواصلة إجراء مفاوضات مفتوحة شفافة جامعة من أجل التوصل إلى نتيجة خلال الدورة السابعة والستين للجمعية العامة.

In the resolution, the Assembly requested its President to launch, within the framework of the Assembly, an open-ended intergovernmental process to conduct open, transparent and inclusive negotiations on how to strengthen and enhance the effective functioning of the human rights treaty body system, and to appoint two cofacilitators to assist him in that process.
وفي هذا القرار، طلبت الجمعية إلى رئيسها أن يستهل في إطار الجمعية العامة، عملية حكومية دولية مفتوحة باب العضوية لإجراء مفاوضات مفتوحة شفافة جامعة بشأن كيفية تدعيم وتعزيز فعالية أداء نظام الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات حقوق الإنسان، وأن يعين ميسّرَين مشاركَين يساعدانه في هذه العملية.

The General Assembly, in its resolution 66/254 of 23 February 2012, requested the President of the General Assembly to launch an open-ended intergovernmental process to conduct open, transparent and inclusive negotiations on how to strengthen and enhance the effective functioning of the human rights treaty body system.
طلبت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 66/254 المؤرخ 23 شباط/فبراير 2012 إلى رئيس الجمعية العامة أن يستهل عملية حكومية دولية مفتوحة باب العضوية لإجراء مفاوضات مفتوحة شفافة جامعة بشأن كيفية تدعيم وتعزيز فعالية أداء نظام الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات حقوق الإنسان.

1. Requests the President of the General Assembly to launch, within the framework of the Assembly, an open-ended intergovernmental process, no earlier than in April 2012, to conduct open, transparent and inclusive negotiations on how to strengthen and enhance the effective functioning of the human rights treaty body system;
1 - تطلب إلى رئيس الجمعية العامة أن يستهل، في إطار الجمعية وفي موعد لا يتجاوز شهر نيسان/أبريل 2012، عملية حكومية دولية مفتوحة باب العضوية لإجراء مفاوضات مفتوحة شفافة جامعة بشأن كيفية تدعيم وتعزيز فعالية أداء نظام الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات حقوق الإنسان؛

(b) Requested the President of the General Assembly at its sixty-seventh session to extend the mandate of the two co-facilitators to continue open, transparent and inclusive negotiations, with the view to considering a possible outcome during the sixty-seventh session of the Assembly.
