٥٤١- ووفقا للفقرة )٢(، ينطبق هذا الحكم سواء كان شرط استخدام المستند الخطي في شكل التزام أو كان القانون ينص على عواقب معينة تترتب على عدم تنفيذ الفعل خطيا أو على عدم استخدام مستند ورقي.
