(ب) تظل اعتمادات الميزانية العادية متاحة لمدة اثني عشر شهرا بعد انتهاء فترة السنتين المقترنة بها، بقدر ما يتطلبه الوفاء بالالتزامات المتعلقة بالسلع المورَّدة والخدمات المقدَّمة خلال فترة السنتين تلك ولتصفية أي التزام قانوني آخر مستحق في تلك الفترة.
