11- واللجنة المعنية بحقوق الإنسان، إذ تتصرف بموجب الفقرة 4 من المادة 5 من البروتوكول الاختياري الملحق بالعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، ترى أن قرار الدولة الطرف القاضي بإعادة صاحب البلاغ إلى الصين ينتهك حقوقه بموجب المادة 24 مقترنةً بالمادة 7 من العهد.
