While the Committee understands that the adoption, since 2007, of lists of issues prior to reporting facilitates States parties' reporting obligations, it nonetheless wants to emphasize that this new procedure of drafting lists of issues prior to reporting has increased the Committee's workload substantially as their preparation requires more work than the traditional lists of issues following the submission of a State party's report.

(i) The eleventh inter-committee meeting recommended that all treaty bodies should take due account of their previous concluding observations, as well as any follow-up information provided or remaining outstanding and views, decisions and opinions adopted under the individual complaints procedures, if applicable, when drafting lists of issues, lists of issues prior to reporting and concluding observations.
(ط) وأوصى الاجتماع الحادي عشر المشترك بين اللجان بضرورة أن تأخذ هيئات المعاهدات بعين الاعتبار، جميع ملاحظاتها الختامية السابقة، فضلا عن أية معلومات متابعة قُدمت أو لا تزال معلقة وكذلك وجهات النظر والقرارات والآراء المعتمدة في إطار إجراءات الشكاوى الفردية، إن وجدت، وذلك عند صياغة قوائم المسائل، وقوائم المسائل الموحدة قبل تقديم التقارير والملاحظات الختامية.

(d) It recommended that all treaty bodies take account of their previous concluding observations, as well as any follow-up information provided or remaining outstanding, and views, decisions and opinions adopted under the individual complaints procedures, if applicable, when drafting lists of issues prior to reporting and concluding observations;
(د) أوصى الاجتماع بأن تأخذ هيئات المعاهدات بعين الاعتبار ملاحظاتها الختامية السابقة، فضلا عن أية معلومات للمتابعة تكون قد قُدمت أو لا تزال لم تقدم بعد، وكذلك وجهات النظر والمقررات والآراء المعتمدة في إطار إجراءات الشكاوى الفردية، إن وجدت، وذلك عند صياغة قوائم المسائل قبل تقديم التقارير والملاحظات الختامية؛
