At the 42nd plenary meeting, on 12 July 2002, the Commission adopted its report containing the draft resolution of the Assembly of States Parties relating to the establishment of a fund for the benefit of victims of crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court, and of the families of such victims, as contained in document PCNICC/2002/2, annex XIII.

The Deputy Prosecutor had also been elected, as well as the two remaining members of the Committee on Budget and Finance of the Court and the members of the Board of Directors of the Trust Fund for the benefit of victims of crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court and families of such victims (Victims Trust Fund).
وتم أيضا انتخاب نائب المدعي العام فضلا عن انتخاب العضويين المتبقيين من أعضاء اللجنة المعنية بالميزانية والمالية التابعة للمحكمة وانتخاب أعضاء مجلس مديري الصندوق الاستئماني لفائدة ضحايا الجرائم الواقعة ضمن اختصاص المحكمة ولفائدة أفراد أسرهم (الصندوق الاستئماني للضحايا).

40. At the 11th meeting of its first session, on 22 April 2003, the Assembly decided to open the period for nomination of members as Directors of the Trust Fund for the benefit of victims of crimes within the jurisdiction of the Court, and of the families of such victims, to run from 28 April to 21 August 2003, and the Secretariat was requested to issue an official note inviting nominations.
40 - في الجلسة 11 من الدورة الأولى المعقودة في 22 نيسان/أبريل 2003 قررت الجمعية فتح فترة الترشيحات لعضوية مجلس مدراء الصندوق الاستئماني لمصلحة ضحايا الجرائم الواقعة ضمن اختصاص المحكمة وأسر هؤلاء الضحايا لتبدأ في 28 نيسان/أبريل وتنتهي في 21 آب/أغسطس 2003. وطُلب إلى الأمانة العامة إصدار مذكرة رسمية تدعو إلى الترشيح.
