36. The Committee recommends the swift implementation of free psychological, medical and legal assistance for victims of trafficking, as well as the expansion of the programme to victims of all offences under the Optional Protocol.

35. The Committee urges the State party to further strengthen measures to provide appropriate assistance to victims of all offences under the Optional Protocol, including their full social reintegration and physical, psychological and psychosocial recovery.
35- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على زيادة تعزيز التدابير الرامية إلى تقديم المساعدة الملائمة إلى ضحايا جميع الجرائم المذكورة في البروتوكول الاختياري، بما في ذلك إعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي الكاملة والتعافي الجسدي، والنفسي، والنفسي الاجتماعي.

The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen measures to protect the rights and interests of child victims of all offences under the Optional Protocol and, in particular, ensure the establishment and operation of mechanisms for identifying and protecting victims of offences under the Optional Protocol and ensure that child victims of offences thereunder are not treated as offenders.
35- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتعزيز التدابير الرامية إلى حماية حقوق ومصالح الأطفال ضحايا جميع الجرائم المشار إليها في البروتوكول الاختياري، كما توصيها على وجه الخصوص بضمان إنشاء وتشغيل آليات للتعرف على ضحايا الجرائم المشار إليها في البروتوكول الاختياري ولحمايتهم، وبالحرص على عدم معاملة الأطفال ضحايا هذه الجرائم كجناة.

31. While noting that assistance to victims have been included in the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act of 1996, the Measures in Prevention and Suppression of Trafficking in Women and Children of 1997 and the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2008, the Committee regrets the lack of information on measures taken to identify child victims of all offences prohibited under the Optional Protocol, and not only the victims of trafficking.

The Committee recommends that the general principles of the Convention, in particular the principle of non-discrimination, be included in all measures taken by the State party to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the Optional Protocol and in particular that child victims of all crimes under the Optional Protocol, including Roma children, are properly identified, protected and assisted.
9- توصي اللجنة بإدراج مبادئ الاتفاقية العامة، خاصة مبدأ عدم التمييز، في جميع التدابير التي تتخذها الدولة الطرف، حرصاً على تنفيذ أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري، وبالخصوص تحديد هوية الأطفال ضحايا جميع الجرائم المنصوص عليها في البروتوكول الاختياري، بمن فيهم أطفال الروما، تحديداً دقيقاً وحمايتهم ومساعدتهم.
