The Executive Secretary has continued his efforts to take action to minimize the risk of disputes, concerns and claims against individuals serving on constituted bodies.

In accordance with this decision, the Executive Secretary has taken a number of actions to minimize the risks of disputes, complaints and claims against individuals serving on constituted bodies, as well as actions in response to concerns or issues raised by private legal entities involved in the mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol.
