5- وأشادت اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة باعتماد القانون الأساسي 3/2007 المتعلق بالمساواة الفعلية بين الرجل والمرأة والذي يتضمن تعريفا للتمييز ضد المرأة يتماشى مع الاتفاقية، والقانون الأساسي 1/2004 المتعلق بتدابير الحماية المتكاملة من العنف القائم على نوع الجنس، والقانون 33/2006 المتعلق بالمساواة بين الرجل والمرأة في نظام وراثة ألقاب النبالة(18).
