4. On 25 September 1996, the Committee, through its Special Rapporteur, transmitted the communication to the State party for comments, requesting it not to expel the author while his communication was under consideration by the Committee.
٤ - في ٢٥ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٦، أحالت اللجنة، عن طريق المقرر الخاص، البلاغ إلى الدولة الطرف من أجل إصدار التعليقات بشأنه، طالبة إليها عدم طرد صاحب البلاغ خلال الفترة التي تنظر فيها اللجنة في البلاغ.

1.2 In accordance with article 22, paragraph 3, of the Convention, the Committee brought the complaint to the State party's attention on 23 April 2009. 11. The Committee against Torture, acting under article 22, paragraph 7, of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, considers that the deportation of the complainant to the Congo or Côte d'Ivoire would not constitute a breach of article 3 of the Convention.
11- إن لجنة مناهضة التعذيب، إذ تتصرف بموجب الفقرة 7 من المادة 22 من اتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبـة القاسيـة أو اللاإنسانيـة أو المهينة، ترى أن طرد صاحب البلاغ إلى الكونغو أو كوت ديفوار لا يشكل انتهاكاً للمادة 3 من الاتفاقية.
