2. When a State Party which makes extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty receives a request from another State Party with which it has no extradition treaty, the requested State may, at its option, consider this Convention as a legal basis for extradition in respect of the offences set forth in article 2.
2 - حينما تتلقى دولة طرف تشترط لتسليم المجرم وجود معاهدة طلبا للتسليم من دولة طرف أخرى لا ترتبط معها بمعاهدة لتسليم المجرمين، يجوز للدولة المطلوب منها التسليم أن تعتبر هذه الاتفاقية، إذا شاءت، أساسا قانونيا للتسليم فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة 2.

2. When a State Party which makes extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty receives a request for extradition from another State Party with which it has no extradition treaty, the requested State Party may, at its option, consider this Convention as a legal basis for extradition in respect of the offences set forth in article 2.
٢ - حينما تتلقى دولة طرف تشترط لتسليم المجرم وجود معاهدة لتسليم المجرم وجود معاهدة طلبا للتسليم من دولة طرف أخرى لا ترتبط معها بمعاهدة لتسليم المجرمين، يجوز للدولة المطلوب منها التسليم أن تعتبــر هــذه الاتفاقيــة، إذا شاءت، أساسا قانونيا للتسليم فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢.

2. If a State Party which makes extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty receives a request for extradition from another State Party with which it has no extradition treaty, it shall consider the present Convention as the legal basis for extradition in respect of those offences.
٢ - إذا تلقت دولة طرف تشترط لتسليم المجرم وجود معاهدة، طلبا للتسليم من دولة طرف أخرى لا ترتبط معها بمعاهدة لتسليم المجرمين، تعتبر الدولة المطلوب منها التسليم هذه الاتفاقية أساسا قانونيا للتسليم فيما يتعلق بتلك الجرائم.

If a State Party which makes extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty receives a request for extradition from another State Party with which it has no extradition treaty, such a request shall constitute a sufficient legal basis for extradition in respect of the offences set forth in article 2.
٢ - إذا تلقت دولة طرف تشترط لتسليم المجرم وجود معاهدة، طلبا للتسليم من دولة طـرف أخــرى لا ترتبط معها بمعاهدة لتسليم المجرمين، فإن ذلك الطلب يشكل أساسا قانونيا كافيا للتسليم فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢.

2 - حينما تتلقى دولة طرف تشترط لتسليم المجرمين وجود معاهدة بهذا الشأن، طلبا للتسليم من دولة طرف أخرى لا ترتبط معها بمعاهدة لتسليم المجرمين، يجوز للدولة المقدم إليها الطلب أن تعتبر هذه الاتفاقية، إذا شاءت، أساسا قانونيا للتسليم فيما يتعلق بالجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة 2.

3. If a State Party which makes extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty receives a request for extradition from another State Party with which it has no extradition treaty, it shall consider the present Convention as the legal basis for extradition in respect of the offences mentioned in article(s) ____ of this Convention.
٣- إذا تلقت دولة طرف تشترط وجود معاهدة لتسليم المجرمين طلب تسليم من دولة طرف أخرى لا تربطها بها معاهدة لتسليم المجرمين فعليها أن تعتبر هذه الاتفاقية اﻷساس القانوني للتسليم فيما يتصل بالجرائم المذكورة في المادة )المواد( ـــــ من هذه الاتفاقية.

If a State Party which makes extradition conditional on the existence of a treaty receives a request for extradition from another State Party with which it has no extradition treaty, the requested State Party may, at its option, consider this Convention as a legal basis for extradition in respect of the offences set forth in article(s) ____.
٢- إذا تلقت دولة طرف تشترط وجود معاهدة لتسليم المجرمين طلب تسليم من دولة طرف أخرى لا تربطها بها معاهدة تسليم مجرمين يجوز للدولة الطرف متلقية الطلب، وبناء على اختيارها، أن تعتبر هذه الاتفاقية أساسا قانونيا للتسليم فيما يتصل بالجرائم المذكورة في المادة )المواد( ـــــ.
