Expresses once again its concern at the inadequate resources, both human and material, provided to the Special Rapporteur, and accordingly reiterates its request to the SecretaryGeneral to provide the assistance necessary to the Special Rapporteur to fulfil his mandate effectively, in particular by placing adequate human and material resources at his disposal;

In paragraph 27 of its resolution 67/241, the General Assembly reiterated its request to the Secretary-General to report to it on the revised terms of reference for the Office of the United Nations Ombudsman and Mediation Services, and requested the Secretary-General to ensure that the terms of reference and guidelines for the Office are promulgated as soon as possible.
