8. After the Committee has had thirty days to review the Comprehensive Report, the chair of the Committee shall place the delisting request on the Committee's agenda for consideration.
8 - بعد انقضاء فترة الثلاثين يوما المخصصة لاستعراض التقرير الشامل من قبل اللجنة، يضع رئيس اللجنة طلب الشطب من القائمة على جدول أعمال اللجنة للنظر فيه.

10. After the Committee's consideration, the Committee shall decide whether to approve the delisting request through its normal decisionmaking procedures.
10 - وبعد أن تنظر اللجنة في طلب الشطب من القائمة تقرر ما إذا كانت توافق عليه متبعة في ذلك إجراءاتها الاعتيادية في اتخاذ القرارات.

8. After the Committee has had fifteen days to review the comprehensive report in all official languages of the United Nations, the Chair of the Committee shall place the delisting request on the agenda of the Committee for consideration.
8 - بعد انقضاء فترة الخمسة عشر يوما المخصصة لاستعراض اللجنة للتقرير الشامل بجميع اللغات الرسمية للأمم المتحدة، يدرج رئيس اللجنة طلب الشطب من القائمة في جدول أعمال اللجنة للنظر فيه.

28. Decides also that, for purposes of submitting a delisting request in paragraph 27 above, consensus must exist between or among all designating States in cases where there are multiple designating States; and decides further that cosponsors of listing requests shall not be considered designating States for purposes of paragraph 27 above;
28 - يقـرر أيضا أنه، لأغراض تقديم طلب الشطب من القائمة بموجب الفقرة 27 أعلاه، يجب أن تتوصل جميع الدول التي تقترح إدراج أسماء في القائمة متى تعددت هذه الدول إلى توافق في الآراء، ويقـرر كذلك أن الدول المشاركة في تقديم طلبات الإدراج في القائمة لا تعتبر مـن الدول التي تقتـرح إدراج أسماء في القائمة لأغراض الفقرة 27 أعلاه؛

(a) The focal point would forward the de-listing request for information and comment (approve, disapprove, no comment, other) to the designating Government(s) and to the Government(s) of citizenship and residence.
