٤- تطالب بأن تقوم حكومة العراق بإعادة إقرار استقلال السلطة القضائية وبإلغاء جميع القوانين التي تبيح اﻹفلات من العقاب لقوات أو أشخاص معينين يقتلون أو يصيبون أفرادا ﻷي غرض يتجاوز إقامة العدل في ظل سيادة القانون كما تقضي به المعايير الدولية؛

8. ٨ - تطالب بأن تقوم حكومة العراق بإعادة إقرار الاستقلال للسلطة القضائية وبإلغاء جميع القوانين التي تبيح اﻹفلات من العقاب لقوات أو أشخاص معينين يقتلون أو يصيبون أفرادا ﻷي غرض يتجاوز إقامة العدل في ظل سيادة القانون كما تقضي به المعايير الدولية؛

٥- تطالب بأن تقوم حكومة العراق بإعادة إقرار الاستقلال للسلطة القضائية وبإلغاء جميع القوانين التي تبيح اﻹفلات من العقاب لقوات أو أشخاص معينين يقتلون أو يصيبون أفرادا ﻷي غرض يتجاوز إقامة العدل في ظل سيادة القانون كما تقضي به المعايير الدولية؛

(d) To establish the independence of the judiciary and abrogate all laws granting impunity to specified forces or persons killing or injuring individuals for any purpose beyond the administration of justice under the rule of law as prescribed by international standards;
(د) أن تقيم سلطة قضائية مستقلة وأن تلغي جميع القوانين التي تتيح الإفلات من العقاب لقوات أو أشخاص معينين يقتلون أو يصيبون أفرادا لأي غرض يتجاوز إقامة العدل في ظل سيادة القانون كما تقضي بذلك المعايير الدولية؛

Also calls upon the Government of Iraq to restore the independence of the judiciary and to abrogate all laws granting impunity to specified forces or persons killing or injuring individuals for any purpose beyond the administration of justice under the rule of law as prescribed by international standards;
٠١ - تطلب أيضا إلى حكومة العراق أن تعيد للسلطة القضائية استقلالها وأن تلغي جميع القوانين التي تبيح اﻹفلات من العقاب لقوات أو أشخاص معينين يقتلون أو يصيبون أفرادا ﻷي غرض يتجاوز إقامة العدل في ظل سيادة القانون كما تقضي بذلك المعايير الدولية؛

٠١ - تهيب أيضا بحكومة العراق أن تعيد للسلطة القضائية استقلالها وأن تلغي جميع القوانين التي تبيح اﻹفلات من العقاب لقوات أو أشخاص معينين يقتلون أو يصيبون أفرادا ﻷي غرض يتجاوز إقامة العدل في ظل سيادة القانون كما تقضي بذلك المعايير الدولية؛
