)ل( وينبغي معالجة مسألة نقل اﻷسلحة على الصعيد الدولي والاتجار غير المشروع باﻷسلحة، بالاقتران مع الجهود الرامية الى تخفيف حدة التوترات الدولية، وفض المنازعات اﻹقليمية، ومنع سباق التسلح وتحقيق نزع السلاح في ظل مراقبة دولية فعالة.

(l) The issue of international arms transfers and illicit arms trafficking should be dealt with in conjunction with the maintenance of international peace and security and efforts aimed at easing international tensions, promoting social and economic development, peacefully resolving regional conflicts, preventing arms races and achieving disarmament under effective international control.
)ل( ينبغي معالجة مسألة نقل اﻷسلحة على الصعيد الدولي والاتجار غير المشروع باﻷسلحة بالاقتران بصون السلم واﻷمن الدوليين والجهود الرامية إلى تخفيف حدة التوترات الدولية وتعزيز التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وفض المنازعات الاقليمية بالوسائل السلمية ومنع سباق التسلح وتحقيق نزع السلاح في ظل مراقبة دولية فعالة.
