In January and February 1993, a number of Romanian vessels were detained in the Danube section flowing through the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

11. Starting in September 1995, the Committee issued, under its streamlined rules and procedures, nine blanket authorizations for specified shipping companies to trans-ship unlimited quantities of certain materials through the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia along the Danube.
١١ - إبتداء من أيلول/سبتمبر ٥٩٩١، أصدرت اللجنة، بموجب قواعدها وإجراءاتها المبسطة، ٩ أذونا شاملة لشركات شحن محددة بنقل كميات غير محدودة من مواد معيﱠنة، فيما بين وسائل نقــل أخــرى، عبر جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية على طول نهر الدانوب.

It also decided that requests from international humanitarian agencies for land trans-shipment of humanitarian items through the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia would be considered under the " no-objection " procedure (see press release SC/5991).
كما قررت النظر في الطلبات الواردة من الوكالات اﻹنسانية الدولية للسماح بمسافنة اﻷصناف اﻹنسانية برا، عبر جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية وفقا ﻹجراء " عدم الاعتراض " )البلاغ الصحفي SC/5991(.

34. Since the decision by the Security Council that trans-shipments of commodities and products through the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia on the Danube would be permitted only if specifically authorized by the Committee, consideration of such applications became an essential part of the Committee's mandate.
٣٤ - ومنذ قرار مجلس اﻷمن الذي قضى بألا يسمح بشحنات السلع والمنتجات المارة عبر جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية في نهر الدانوب إلا بعد أن تأذن بها اللجنة على وجه التحديد، أصبح النظر في هذه الطلبات جزءا أساسيا من ولاية اللجنة.

(a) A request from Albania for the transit passage of electric energy through the electric power grid of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia from third countries for an initial period of three months from 26 October 1995, on condition that Albania and the countries concerned would inform the Committee, on a monthly basis, of the quantities of electricity transferred through the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and received in Albania;
