While welcoming data provided in the State party report and in the reply to the list of issues, especially on the number of prosecutions and convictions of offences related to the Optional Protocol, the Committee regrets the lack of a systematic mechanism of data collection, analysis and monitoring of all areas covered by the Optional Protocol.
