(أ) يمكن أن يدخل في فئة سوء السلوك عدم امتثال الموظف لالتزاماته بموجب ميثاق الأمم المتحدة أو للنظامين الأساسي والإداري للموظفين أو المنشورات الإدارية الأخرى ذات الصلة، أو عدم مراعاته معايير السلوك المطلوب توافرها في الموظف المدني الدولي، الأمر الذي قد يؤدي إلى إجراء عملية تأديبية بحق الموظف وتوقيع تدابير تأديبية عليه لسوء السلوك؛
