This provision shall not abrogate the right of the representatives of staff representative bodies to address and advocate their views to legislative bodies that have authorized them to submit their views.
ولا يلغي هذا الحكم حق ممثلي الهيئات التي تمثل الموظفين في عرض آرائهم والدعوة لها أمام الهيئات التشريعية التي تأذن لهم بعرض آرائهم.

٢ - تحث جميع الحكومات، ومنظمات التكامل الاقتصادي اﻹقليمي المختصة، والرؤساء التنفيذيين للوكالات المتخصصة ذات الصلة، وسائر مؤسسات وبرامج منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، على مواصلة عرض آرائهم بشأن التطورات المؤسسية المتصلة بتعزيز المنظمات الدولية في مجال التجارة المتعددة اﻷطراف على اﻷمين العام؛

In that regard, his country congratulated Papua New Guinea for hosting the Pacific Regional Seminar on Decolonization in May 2004. The seminar, which had been conducted within the framework of the Decade, continued to be an effective forum for discussing matters of concern to the Non-Self-Governing Territories and had also provided an opportunity for representatives of those Territories to present their views and recommendations.
وفى هذا الصدد تهنئ ماليزيا بابوا غينيا الجديدة لعقدها فى أيار/مايو 2004 حلقة دراسية إقليمية عن القضاء على الاستعمار فى منطقة المحيط الهادئ ، فى إطار العقد ، حيث أتاحت إطاراً لبحث المسائل المهمة للأقاليم غير المستقلة ، كما أنها أتاحت لممثلى شعوب هذه الأقاليم فرصة عرض آرائهم وتوصياتهم.

It is recommended that Cuba should consider clarifying the law to permit victims to present their views even in cases in which they are not witnesses (art. 32, para. 5).
ويُوصَى بأن تنظر كوبا في توضيح القانون ليتيح للضحايا عرض آرائهم حتى في الحالات التي لا يكونون فيها شهوداً (المادة 32، الفقرة 5).
