In accordance with decisions 2001/11 and 2006/36, the following eight country programmes were approved on a no-objection basis, without presentation or discussion:

The Board also approved, on a no-objection basis without presentation or discussion, the regional programme document for the Arab States, 2006-2009, and the regional programme document for Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States, 2006-2010.
واعتمد المجلس أيضا على أساس إجراء عدم الاعتراض ودون عرض أو مناقشة وثيقة البرنامج الإقليمي للدول العربية للفترة 2006-2009، ووثيقة البرنامج الإقليمي لأوروبا ورابطــة الدول المستقلة للفتــرة 2006-2010.

73. In accordance with decision 2006/36, the Executive Board approved seven UNFPA-supported country programmes on a no-objection basis, without presentation or discussion.
73 - وفقا للقرار 2006/36، وافق المجلس التنفيذي على سبعة برامج قطرية يدعمها الصندوق وذلك على أساس عدم الاعتراض وبدون عرض أو مناقشة.

The country programmes will be posted by October of the last year of the country programmes on the web sites of respective UNDG partners and will be approved in January on a no-objection basis without presentation or discussion unless at least five members have informed the secretariat in writing before the meeting of their wish to bring a particular country programme before the Executive Board.
وستعلن البرامج القطرية بحلول تشرين الأول/أكتوبر من السنة الأخيرة للبرامج القطرية على المواقع الشبكية الحاسوبية لكل من شركاء مجموعة الأمم المتحدة الإنمائية وستتم الموافقة عليها في كانون الثاني/يناير على أساس عدم الاعتراض عليها دون عرض أو مناقشة ما لم يخطر خمسة أعضاء على الأقل الأمانة خطيا قبل الاجتماع برغبتهم في عرض برنامج قطري معين على المجلس التنفيذي.

21. The Executive Board approved the following UNDP country programmes submitted in 2005 on a no-objection basis without presentation or discussion: Burkina Faso, Cape Verde, Chad, Ghana, Namibia, Swaziland, Uganda; the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya; Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Viet Nam; Albania, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Turkey, Ukraine; Guyana, Peru, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
21 - واعتمد المجلس التنفيذي على أساس إجراء عدم الاعتراض دون عرض أو مناقشة برامج البرنامج الإنمائي القطرية التالية والتي أُحيلت إليه في عام 2005: أوغندا وبوركينا فاسو وتشاد والرأس الأخضر وسوازيلند وغانا وناميبيا والجماهيرية العربية الليبية وأفغانستان وإندونيسيا وبنغلاديش والصين وفييت نام وكمبوديا ألبانيا وأوكرانيا وبلغاريا وبيلاروس وتركيا وجورجيا وبيرو وغيانا وجزر تركس وكايكوس.

98. In accordance with decision 2006/36, the Executive Board approved the following 14 country programmes on a no-objection basis without presentation or discussion: the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Lesotho, Liberia, Madagascar, Rwanda and Togo; Somalia; Nepal and the Pacific Island countries; and Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Nicaragua.
98 - تماشياً مع القرار 2006/36، أقر المجلس التنفيذي برامج قطرية للبلدان التالية وعددها 14 برنامجاً على أساس عدم الاعتراض ودون عرض أو مناقشة: توغو وجمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية ورواندا وغينيا الاستوائية وليبريا وليسوتو ومدغشقر؛ والصومال؛ ونيبال وبلدان جزر المحيط الهادئ؛ وكوستاريكا وكولومبيا والمكسيك ونيكاراغوا.
