The resolution called on States to refrain from any unilateral coercive measure not in accordance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations which created obstacles to trade relations among States and impeded the full realization of all human rights.
والقرار يطالب الدول بالامتناع عن اتخاذ أي تدبير قسري انفرادي لا يكون وفقاً للقانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة ويشكل عقبات أمام العلاقات التجارية بين الدول ويعوق الإعمال الكامل لجميع حقوق الإنسان.

In particular, unilateral measures of a coercive nature with extraterritorial effects, which created obstacles to trade relations among States and impeded the full realization of the rights set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other international human rights instruments, in particular the right to development, should be avoided.
وينبغي على وجه الخصوص تجنب اتخاذ تدابير من جانب واحد ذات طابع قسري، تتجاوز آثارها الحدود الإقليمية، وتضع عقبات أمام العلاقات التجارية بين الدول وتعوق الإعمال الكامل للحقوق المنصوص عليها في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وغيره من الصكوك الدولية المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان، ولا سيما الحق في التنمية.

In some countries, social development is adversely affected by unilateral measures at variance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations that create obstacles to trade relations among States, impede the full realization of social and economic development and hinder the well-being of the population in the affected countries.
28 - والتنمية الاجتماعية ما برحت تتأثر في بعض البلدان تأثرا سلبيا بالتدابير الانفرادية التي لا تتفق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة وتخلق عقبات أمام العلاقات التجارية بين الدول وتعوق الإعمال التام للتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وتحول دون رفاهية السكان في البلدان المتأثرة بها.

28. In some countries, social development is adversely affected by unilateral measures not in accordance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations that create obstacles to trade relations among States, impede the full realization of social and economic development and hinder the well-being of the population in the affected countries.
28- والتنمية الاجتماعية ما برحت تتأثر في بعض البلدان تأثرا سلبيا بالتدابير الانفرادية التي لا تتفق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة وتخلق عقبات أمام العلاقات التجارية بين الدول وتعوق الإعمال التام للتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وتحول دون رفاهية السكان في البلدان المتأثرة بها.

28. 28 - والتنمية الاجتماعية ما برحت تتأثر في بعض البلدان تأثرا سلبيا بالتدابير الانفرادية التي لا تتفق مع القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة وتخلق عقبات أمام العلاقات التجارية بين الدول وتعوق الإعمال التام للتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وتحول دون رفاهية السكان في البلدان المتأثرة بها.

(e) Refraining from any unilateral measure not in accordance with international law and the Charter of the United Nations that creates obstacles to trade relations among States, impedes the full realization of social and economic development and hinders the well-being of the population in the affected countries;
