ولا يقتصر الدعم على تقديم الأموال أو أي ممتلكات أخرى: ويُعد من قبيل الأعمال الإجرامية ترتيب أو إدارة أو اجتماع (يضم ثلاثة أشخاص أو أكثر سواء علنا أو سرا) من المعروف أنه لدعم أنشطة منظمة محرمة أو تعزيزها، أو المساعدة في ترتيب أو إدارة مثل هذا الاجتماع.
