It further recommends that the State party develop training programmes on the provisions of the Optional Protocol for relevant professional groups working with children, notably prosecutors, lawyers, judges, law enforcement officers, social workers, medical professionals, teachers, media professionals and local and district officials.

The Committee regrets that professionals working with and for children do not receive adequate training specifically on the provisions of the Optional Protocol.

In particular, the State party should develop comprehensive procedures for the early identification of child victims of offenses under the Optional Protocol, and ensure that judges, prosecutors, social workers, medical personnel and police officers are adequately trained on the provisions of the Optional Protocol.

18. The Committee recommends that the State party increase its efforts to train relevant professionals and children on the provisions of the Optional Protocol.
18- توصي اللجنة بأن تزيد الدولة الطرف جهودها لتدريب المهنيين ذوي الصلة والأطفال على أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري.

The State party should develop cooperation with civil society organizations and the media in order to support awareness-raising and training activities on the provisions of the Optional Protocol.
وينبغي أن تطور الدولة الطرف تعاونها مع منظمات المجتمع المدني ووسائط الإعلام لدعم أنشطة زيادة الوعي والتدريب على أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري.

It further recommends that the State party ensure that judges, prosecutors, social workers, medical personnel and police officers are adequately trained on the provisions of the Optional Protocol.
وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف أيضاً بضمان حصول القضاة والمدعين العامين والمرشدين الاجتماعيين وأفراد الخدمات الطبية ورجال الشرطة على التدريب الملائم على أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري.

The Committee recommends that further training on the provisions of the Optional Protocol be provided for all relevant professionals, including those working with asylum-seeking and refugee children, migration authorities, police, lawyers, judges, including military judges, medical professionals, social workers and journalists.

14. The Committee is concerned that relevant professional categories, in particular the police and those working with the administration of justice receive insufficient training on the provisions of the Optional Protocol.
14- يساور اللجنة القلق من أن بعض الفئات المهنية ذات الصلة، ولا سيما الشرطة والعاملين في مجال إقامة العدل يتلقون تدريباً غير كافٍ على أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري.

(c) Ensure that judges, prosecutors, social workers, medical personnel and police officers are adequately trained on the provisions of the Optional Protocol.
(ج) ضمان أن يكون القضاة والمدعون العامون والمرشدون الاجتماعيون والموظفون الطبيون ورجال الشرطة مدرّبين تدريباً كافياً على أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري.

12. The Committee recommends that training on the provisions of the Optional Protocol be provided for professionals dealing with children, in particular teachers, migration authorities, members of international peacekeeping forces, police, lawyers, judges, medical professionals, social workers and journalists.
12- توصي اللجنة بتوفير تدريب على أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري للمهنيين الذين يُعنون بشؤون الأطفال، ولا سيما المعلمين وسلطات الهجرة وأفراد قوات حفظ السلام الدولية والشرطة والمحامين والقضاة والعاملين في المجال الطبي والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والصحفيين.

The Committee recommends that training on the provisions of the Optional Protocol be provided for professionals dealing with children, in particular teachers, migration authorities, members of international peacekeeping forces, police, lawyers, judges, medical professionals, social workers and journalists.
١٢- توصي اللجنة بتوفير تدريب على أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري للمهنيين المعنيين بالأطفال، ولا سيما المعلمين وسلطات الهجرة وأفراد قوات حفظ السلام الدولية والشرطة والمحامين والقضاة والعاملين في المهن الطبية والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والصحفيين.

(e) Ensure that judges, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers are adequately trained on the provisions of the Optional Protocol and to respect the rights, needs and best interests of child victims.
(ﻫ) ضمان التدريب الكافي للقضاة والمدعين والمسؤولين عن إنفاذ القانون، على أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري واحترام حقوق الأطفال الضحايا واحتياجاتهم ومصالحهم الفُضلى.
