At the international level, the Declaration on the Right to Development calls upon States " to promote a new international economic order based on sovereign equality, interdependence, mutual interest and cooperation among all States, as well as to encourage the observance and realization of human rights " (art. 3 (3)).
٣٢١- وعلى الصعيد الدولي، دعا إعلان الحق في التنمية جميع الدول إلى أن " تعزز عملية إقامة نظام اقتصادي دولي جديد على أساس المساواة في السيادة والترابط والمنفعة المتبادلة والتعاون فيما بين جميع الدول، وأن تشجع كذلك مراعاة حقوق اﻹنسان وإعمالها " . )المادة ٣)٣((.
