وينبغي أن يمارس ضغط أكبر على إسرائيل كي تنضم إلى معاهدة عدم الانتشار، فورا ودون شروط، وتضع كافة مرافقها النووية تحت الضمانات كاملة النطاق للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية من أجل تمهيد السبيل للهدف الذي طال انتظاره وهو إنشاء منطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية في الشرق الوسط.

The Arab States are convinced of the seriousness and fragility of the security situation in the region.
