The following international instruments provide for the right to social security:

57. With regard to the conclusion and implementation of international and regional agreements, States parties should take steps to ensure that these instruments do not adversely impact upon the right to social security.
٥٧- وفيما يتعلق بإبرام وتنفيذ اتفاقات أخرى دولية وإقليمية، يتعين على الدول الأطراف أن تتخذ خطوات لضمان ألا تؤثر هذه الصكوك تأثيراً سلبياً على الحق في الضمان الاجتماعي.

32. In case of subsequent reports, give a short review of changes, if any, in national legislation, court decisions, as well as administrative rules, procedures and practices during the reporting period affecting the right to social security.

32. In case of subsequent reports, give a short review of changes, if any, in national legislation, court decisions, as well as administrative rules, procedures and practices during the reporting period affecting the right to social security.
32- في حالة تقديم تقارير لاحقة، يرجى تقديم استعراض موجز للتعديلات، إن وجدت، التي أدخلت خلال الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير في التشريعات الوطنية، وفي قرارات المحاكم فضلاً عن القواعد والإجراءات والممارسات الإدارية التي تؤثر على الحق في الضمان الاجتماعي.

When a State party enacts legislation providing for the payment of a social benefit, whether conditional or not on the prior payment of contributions, and if the migrant worker concerned fulfils the requirements provided for in such legislation, it cannot arbitrarily exclude him or her from that benefit or limit his or her access to such benefit, as the prohibition of discrimination applies to the right to social security.
وحينما تسن دولة طرف تشريعاً ينص على دفع استحقاقات اجتماعية، سواء أكانت مشروطة أم غير مشروطة بدفع مسبق للاشتراكات، وإذا كان العامل المهاجر المعني يستوفي المتطلبات المنصوص عليها في ذلك التشريع، لا يمكن عندها حرمانه بصورة تعسفية من هذه الاستحقاقات أو الحد من إمكانية حصوله عليها، حيث إن حظر التمييز ينطبق على الحق في الضمان الاجتماعي.
