(l) To work with the United Nations to better identify the effects of Security Council arms embargoes on neighbouring States and to work collaboratively with United Nations panels of experts, peacekeeping missions (where relevant) and entities to identify capacity gaps and trends related to addressing the illicit trade in small arms and light weapons;
