(g) The Government of Iraq should ensure equitable distribution without discrimination to the Iraqi population of the humanitarian supplies purchased with the proceeds of Iraqi oil, in implementation of Security Council resolutions 986 (1995) and 1111 (1997).
)ز( ينبغي أن تكفل حكومة العراق توزيع اﻹمدادات اﻹنسانية المشتراة بعائدات النفط العراقي على السكان العراقيين توزيعا عادلا لا تمييز فيه، وذلك تنفيذا لقراري مجلس اﻷمن ٩٨٦ )١٩٩٥( و ١١١١ )١٩٩٧(.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding, the Government of Iraq undertakes to effectively guarantee equitable distribution to the Iraqi population throughout the country of medicine, health supplies, foodstuffs, and materials and other supplies for essential civilian needs (hereinafter humanitarian supplies) purchased with the proceeds of the sale of Iraqi petroleum and petroleum products.

5. The Government of Iraq undertakes to effectively guarantee equitable distribution to the Iraqi population throughout the country of medicine, health supplies, foodstuffs and materials and supplies for essential civilian needs (hereinafter humanitarian supplies) purchased with the proceeds of the sale of Iraqi petroleum and petroleum products.
٥ - تتعهد حكومة العراق بأن تضمن على نحو فعال توزيع اﻷدوية واﻹمدادات الصحية والمواد الغذائية والمؤن واﻹمدادات اللازمة للاحتياجات المدنية اﻷساسية )التي يشار إليها فيما بعد باسم " اﻹمدادات اﻹنسانية " ( التي تشترى من عائدات بيع النفط العراقي والمنتجات النفطية العراقية توزيعا عادلا على السكان العراقيين في شتى أنحاء البلد.
