73. ICJ recommended that the Government respect the principle of non-refoulement and, cease its reliance on diplomatic assurances against torture and other ill-treatment.
73- وأوصت لجنة الحقوقيين الدولية الحكومة باحترام مبدأ عدم الإعادة القسرية ووقف الاعتماد على الضمانات الدبلوماسية المتعلقة بعدم ممارسة التعذيب وغيره من سوء المعاملة(183).
