2 - يجوز أيضا لأي فريق عامل أو مقرر أن يطلب أن تتخذ الدولة الطرف المعنية التدابير المؤقتة التي يرى الفريق العامل أو المقرر ضرورة اتخاذها لتلافي وقوع ضرر يتعذر إصلاحه على ضحية أو ضحايا الانتهاك المدعى حدوثه.
