In accordance with recommendation 41/18, Equatorial Guinea and Tonga were urged to submit to the Secretariat as a matter of priority and no later than 31 March 2009 a plan of action to ensure the prompt establishment and operation of import licensing systems for ozone-depleting substances, in time for consideration by the Committee at its forty-second meeting.
143- حُثَّت كل من غينيا الاستوائية وتونغا، وفقاً للتوصية 41/18، على أن تقدم إلى الأمانة على سبيل الأولوية وفي موعد لا يتجاوز 31 آذار/مارس 2009، خطة عمل تكفل سرعة القيام بإنشاء وتشغيل نظام لتراخيص الواردات والصادرات من المواد المستنفدة للأوزون في الوقت المناسب لكي تنظر فيها اللجنة في اجتماعها الثاني والأربعين.

The Parties listed in the previous paragraph were requested, as recorded in paragraph 2 of decision XIX/26 of the Nineteenth Meeting of the Parties, to submit to the Secretariat as a matter of urgency and no later than 29 February 2008, a plan of action to ensure the prompt establishment and operation of an import and export licensing system for ozone-depleting substances.
97 - طلب إلى الأطراف المذكورة في الفقرة السابقة، حسب المسجل في الفقرة 2 من المقرر 19/26 الصادر عن الاجتماع التاسع عشر للأطراف، أن تقدم إلى الأمانة على وجه الاستعجال وفي موعد غايته 29 شباط/فبراير 2008، خطة عمل تكفل سرعة القيام بإنشاء وتشغيل نظام لتراخيص الواردات والصادرات من المواد المستنفدة للأوزون.
