Article 209 of the CC defines criminal act of Procuration and enabling intercourse for a person who procures a minor for the purpose of intercourse or a similar act or some other sexual act as well as for person who enables intercourse or a similar act or other sexual act with a minor.
698 - وتعرّف المادة 209 من المدونة الجنائية العمل الإجرامي القوادة والتمكين من ممارسة الجماع بأنه العمل الذي يقوم به شخص يقود قاصرا لغرض الجماع أو لأداء عمل مماثل أو عمل جنسي آخر، فضلا عن العمل الذي يقوم به شخص ليمكّن من ممارسة الجماع أو عمل مماثل أو عمل جنسي آخر مع قاصر.

(2) Also a person who takes advantage of the remuneration referred to in subsection 1 promised or given by a third person, by engaging in sexual intercourse or a comparable sexual act with the victim referred to in said subsection, shall be sentenced for abuse of a victim of prostitution.

(1) يُعاقب على شراء الخدمات الجنسية من شخص صغير السن بغرامة أو بالسجن لفترة أقصاها سنتان كل شخص يغري، بالوعد بأجر أو بمنح أجر، شخصا دون سن 18 سنة بالمشاركة في جماع أو بأداء عمل جنسي آخر (540/2011).

5.16 To better protect mentally incapacitated persons from sexual abuse, section 128 of CO prohibits any person, without the permission of the parent or guardian, from taking a mentally incapacitated persons out of the possession of the parent or guardian with the intention of making the mentally incapacitated person perform any unlawful sexual act.

13.10 To better protect mentally incapacitated person from sexual abuse, section 128 of the CO prohibits any person, without the permission of the parent or guardian, from taking a mentally incapacitated person out of the possession of the parent or guardian with the intention of making the mentally incapacitated person perform any unlawful sexual act.

According to the Section, a person who, by promising or giving remuneration, engages a person victim of a crime referred to in Section 9 or 9a or in Section 3 or 3a of Chapter 25 to have sexual intercourse or a comparable sexual act shall be sentenced to a fine or imprisonment for a maximum of six months.

(1) A person who, by promising or giving remuneration involving direct economic benefit induces a person referred to as victim in section 9 or 9a or in chapter 25, section 3 or 3a to engage in sexual intercourse or in a comparable sexual act shall be sentenced, unless the act is punishable pursuant to section 8a, for abuse of a victim of prostitution to a fine or imprisonment for at most six months.
