31- تود اللجنة أن تذكّر بالالتزامات التي تعهدت بها الدول عند التصديق على الاتفاقية، وفي هذا الخصوص تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على كفالة اتساق جميع التدابير التي تتخذها، بصرف النظر عن طبيعتها أو السلطة التي تصدرها، اتساقاً كاملاً مع الالتزامات التي قطعتها على نفسها عند التصديق على الاتفاقية وغيرها من الصكوك الدولية ذات الصلة.
