5. Recommends that the human rights treaty bodies, when considering reports submitted by States parties, give particular attention to the implementation of articles relating to the rights of persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities;
5- توصي بأن تولي الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات حقوق الإنسان، عند نظرها في التقارير المقدمة من الدول الأطراف، اهتماماً خاصاً لتنفيذ المواد المتصلة بحقوق الأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو إثنية وأقليات دينية ولغوية؛

5. Recommends that the human rights treaty bodies, when considering reports submitted by States parties, give particular attention to the implementation of articles relating to the rights of persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities;
٥- توصــي بأن تولي الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات حقوق اﻹنسان، عند نظرها في التقارير المقدمة من الدول اﻷطراف، اهتماماً خاصاً لتنفيذ المواد المتصلة بحقوق اﻷشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات قومية أو إثنية وأقليات دينية ولغوية؛

The Committee affirms the principle of interdependency and indivisibility of human rights and calls on the State party to include economic, social and cultural rights when considering the submissions received.
تؤكد اللجنة مبدأ ترابط حقوق الإنسان وعدم قابليتها للتجزئة، وتدعو الدولة الطرف إلى تناول الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية عند نظرها في التقارير الواردة.
