455- وإذ تلاحظ اللجنة أن مادة " التربية المدنية " في المنهاج الدراسي تشمل، في جملة أمور أخرى، حقوق الإنسان وحقوق الطفل، لكنها لا تشير على ما يبدو إلى الاتفاقية تحديداً، فإنها تشجع الدولة الطرف على تضمين منهاجها الدراسي معلومات محددة عن أحكام الاتفاقية.

53. 46. It was the understanding of UNCITRAL that derogations from the Convention do not need to be explicitly made but could also be made implicitly, for example by parties agreeing to contract terms at variance with the provisions of the Convention (A/60/17, para. 32; see also A/CN.9/548, para. 123).

By stating that it approves the Convention in each and every one of its parts which are not contrary to Islamic Shariah and to its Constitution, the Government of Mauritania formulates a reservation of general, indeterminate scope that gives the other States parties no idea which provisions of the Convention are currently affected by the reservation or might be affected in future.
