Adopts the following political declaration of the high-level meeting of the General Assembly to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the adoption of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action:
تعتمد الإعلان السياسي التالي الصادر عن اجتماع الجمعية العامة الرفيع المستوى الذي عقد للاحتفال بالذكرى السنوية العاشرة لاعتماد إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان(

" 44. Welcomes the successful adoption of the political declaration of the high-level meeting of the General Assembly to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the adoption of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, as its outcome document, the aim of which is to mobilize political will at the national, regional and international levels;
" 44 - ترحب بالاعتماد الناجح للإعلان السياسي الصادر عن اجتماع الجمعية العامة الرفيع المستوى الذي عقد للاحتفال بالذكرى السنوية العاشرة لاعتماد إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان ووثيقته الختامية، الذي يتمثل هدفه في تعبئة الإرادة السياسية على الصعد الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية؛

(b) Continue to disseminate widely the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, the outcome document of the Durban Review Conference and the political declaration of the high-level meeting of the General Assembly to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the adoption of the on the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action;
(ب) مواصلة النشر على نطاق واسع عن إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان، والوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر ديربان الاستعراضي، والإعلان السياسي الصادر عن اجتماع الجمعية العامة الرفيع المستوى الذي عُقد للاحتفال بالذكرى السنوية العاشرة لاعتماد إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان؛

(b) Continue to disseminate widely the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, the outcome document of the Durban Review Conference and the political declaration of the high-level meeting of the General Assembly to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the adoption of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action;
(ب) مواصلة توسيع نطاق تعميم إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان، والوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر ديربان الاستعراضي، والإعلان السياسي الصادر عن اجتماع الجمعية العامة الرفيع المستوى الذي عقد للاحتفال بالذكرى السنوية العاشرة لاعتماد إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان؛

Recalling further the political declaration of the highlevel meeting of the General Assembly to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the adoption of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, adopted on 22 September 2011,
وإذ تشير كذلك إلى الإعلان السياسي الصادر عن اجتماع الجمعية العامة الرفيع المستوى الذي عقد للاحتفال بالذكرى السنوية العاشرة لاعتماد إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان الذي اعتمد في 22 أيلول/سبتمبر 2011(

(b) Continue to disseminate widely the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, the outcome document of the Durban Review Conference and the political declaration of the high-level meeting of the General Assembly to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the adoption of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action;
(ب) مواصلة توسيع نطاق تعميم إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان، والوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر ديربان الاستعراضي، والإعلان السياسي الصادر عن اجتماع الجمعية العامة الرفيع المستوى الذي عُقد للاحتفال بالذكرى السنوية العاشرة لاعتماد إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان؛

(d) Follow-up to the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, the outcome document of the Durban Review Conference and the political declaration of the high-level meeting of the General Assembly to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action.
(د) متابعة تنفيذ إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان والوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر ديربان الاستعراضي والإعلان السياسي الصادر عن اجتماع الجمعية العامة الرفيع المستوى الذي عُقد للاحتفال بالذكرى السنوية العاشرة لاعتماد إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان.

(d) Follow-up to the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, the Outcome Document of the Durban Review Conference and the political declaration of the high-level meeting of the General Assembly to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the adoption of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action.
(د) متابعة تنفيذ إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان والوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر ديربان الاستعراضي والإعلان السياسي الصادر عن اجتماع الجمعية العامة الرفيع المستوى الذي عُقد للاحتفال بالذكرى السنوية العاشرة لاعتماد إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان.

Welcomes the adoption of the political declaration of the high-level meeting of the General Assembly to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the adoption of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, whose aim is to mobilize political will at the national, regional and international levels, and calls for concrete actions in this regard;

" Recalling further its resolution 66/144 of 19 December 2011, in which it welcomed the adoption of the political declaration of the high-level meeting of the General Assembly to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the adoption of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, whose aim was to mobilize political will at the national, regional and international levels,
" وإذ تشير كذلك إلى قرارها 66/144 المؤرخ 19 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011، الذي رحبت فيه باعتماد الإعلان السياسي الصادر عن اجتماع الجمعية العامة الرفيع المستوى الذي عقد للاحتفال بالذكرى السنوية العاشرة لاعتماد إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربــان، الذي يتمثل هدفـه فــي تعبئة الإرادة السياسية على كل من الصعيد الوطني والإقليمي والدولي،

The draft resolution contained technical updates and new references, in the preambular section, to the outcome document of the Durban Review Conference, adopted in 2009, the political declaration of the high-level meeting of the General Assembly to commemorate the tenth anniversary of adoption of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action in 2011 and Human Rights Council resolutions 17/4 and 21/5.
وذَكَر أن مشروع القرار يتضمن بعض التعديلات الفنية،كما يتضمن إشارات جديدة في الديباجة إلى الوثيقة الختامية لمؤتمر استعراض تنفيذ إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان المعتمدة في عام 2009، وإلى الإعلان السياسي الصادر عن اجتماع الجمعية العامة الرفيع المستوى الذي عُقد في عام 2011 للاحتفال بالذكرى السنوية العاشرة لاعتماد إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان، وإلى قراري مجلس حقوق الإنسان 17/4 و 21/5.

The draft is firmly anchored in the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, the Outcome document of the Durban Review Conference, the political declaration of the high-level meeting of the General Assembly to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action (General Assembly resolution 66/3) and the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
