Every State has the duty to refrain in its international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State, or in any other manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations.
على كل دولة واجب الامتناع في علاقاتها الدولية عن التهديد باستعمال القوة أو استعمالها ضد السلامة الإقليمية أو الاستقلال السياسي لأية دولة، أو على أي نحو آخر يتنافى مع مقاصد الأمم المتحدة.

Reaffirming further that all States Members of the United Nations should refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any State, or in any other manner inconsistent with the purposes of the United Nations,
