The Security Council resumed its consideration of the item at its 3472nd meeting, held on 30 November 1994, in accordance with the understanding reached in its prior consultations, having before it the report of the Secretary-General on security in the Rwandese refugee camps (S/1994/1308).

The present report is submitted in response to the statement by the President of the Security Council of 10 February 1995 (S/PRST/1995/7), which followed the Council's consideration of my second report, dated 25 January, on security in the Rwandese refugee camps (S/1995/65) and my letter of 1 February (S/1995/127).
