1. The present report is submitted pursuant to General Assembly resolution 61/134, in which the Assembly requested the Secretary-General to report to it during its sixty-second session, through the Economic and Social Council, on the detailed use of the Central Emergency Response Fund.

The present report has been prepared in response to General Assembly resolution 60/124 of 15 December 2005, in which the Assembly requested the Secretary-General to report to it at its sixty-first session, and to the Economic and Social Council, on the detailed use of the Central Emergency Response Fund.
أُعد هذا التقرير استجابة لقرار الجمعية العامة 60/124 المؤرخ 15 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2005، الذي طلبت فيه الجمعية إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إليها في دورتها الحادية والستين وإلى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي تقريرا عن تفاصيل استخدام الصندوق المركزي للاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ.

1. The present report is submitted pursuant to General Assembly resolution 60/124 of 15 December 2005, which requested the Secretary-General to report to the Assembly and to the Economic and Social Council on the detailed use of the Central Emergency Response Fund during its sixty-first session.
1 - هذا التقرير مقدّم عملا بقرار الجمعية العامة 60/124 المؤرخ 15 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2005، الذي طُلب بموجبه إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية وإلى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي تقريرا عن تفاصيل استخدام الصندوق المركزي للاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ.

1. The present report is submitted pursuant to General Assembly resolution 66/119, in which the Assembly requested that the Secretary-General submit to it at its sixty-seventh session a report on the detailed use of the Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF).
أولاً - مقدمة 1 - يُقدَّم هذا التقرير عملاً بقرار الجمعية العامة 66/119، الذي طلبت فيه الجمعية إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إليها في دورتها السابعة والستين تقريراً عن تفاصيل استخدام الصندوق المركزي لمواجهة الطوارئ.

1 - يُقدَّم هذا التقرير عملاً بقرار الجمعية العامة 68/102 المتعلق بتعزيز تنسيق المســاعدة الإنســانية التي تقدمها الأمم المتحـــدة في حالات الطوارئ، الذي طلبت فيه الجمعية إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إليها تقريراً عن تفاصيل استخدام الصندوق المركزي لمواجهة الطوارئ.

47 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة والستين، عن طريق المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في دورته الموضوعية لعام 2014، تقريرا عن التقدم المحرز في تعزيز تنسيق المساعدة الإنسانية التي تقدمها الأمم المتحدة في حالات الطوارئ، وأن يقدم إلى الجمعية تقريرا عن تفاصيل استخدام الصندوق المركزي لمواجهة الطوارئ.

Requests the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly at its sixty-sixth session, through the Economic and Social Council at its substantive session of 2011, on progress made in strengthening the coordination of emergency humanitarian assistance of the United Nations and to submit a report to the Assembly on the detailed use of the Central Emergency Response Fund.
31 - تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها السادسة والستين، عن طريق المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في دورته الموضوعية لعام 2011، تقريرا عن التقدم المحرز في تعزيز تنسيق المساعدة الإنسانية التي تقدمها الأمم المتحدة في حالات الطوارئ، وأن يقدم إلى الجمعية العامة تقريرا عن تفاصيل استخدام الصندوق المركزي لمواجهة الطوارئ.

The Assembly also requested the Secretary-General to report to it at its sixty-seventh session on progress made in strengthening the coordination of emergency humanitarian assistance of the United Nations and on the detailed use of the Fund (resolution 66/119).
وطلبت الجمعية العامة أيضا إلى الأمين العام أن يقدم إليها في دورتها السابعة والستين تقريرا عن التقدم المحرز في تعزيز تنسيق المساعدة الإنسانية التي تقدمها الأمم المتحدة في حالات الطوارئ، وتقريرا عن تفاصيل استخدام الصندوق (القرار 66/119).
