6. The above-quoted provisions of the Agreement mean that the administrative expenses of the Authority would be met through the budget of the United Nations until the end of 1995, at the minimum, assuming that the Agreement enters into force by 31 December 1994, and until the end of 1999, at the maximum, assuming that the Agreement enters into force by 16 November 1998.
٦ - وتعني أحكام الاتفاق المستشهد بها أعلاه أن المصروفات الادارية للسلطة ستغطى عن طريق ميزانية اﻷمم المتحدة حتى نهاية سنة ١٩٩٥، على أقل تقدير، على افتراض أن الاتفاق سيدخل حيز النفاذ بحلول ٣١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤، وحتى نهاية سنة ١٩٩٩، على أكثر تقدير، على افتراض أن الاتفاق سيدخل حيز النفاذ بحلول ١٦ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٨.

11. The above-quoted provisions of the Agreement mean that the administrative expenses of the Authority would be met through the budget of the United Nations until the end of 1995, at the minimum, assuming that the Agreement enters into force by 31 December 1994, or until the end of 1999, at the maximum, assuming that the Agreement enters into force by 16 November 1998.
١١ - وتعني أحكام الاتفاق المستشهد بها أعلاه أن المصروفات الادارية للسلطة ستغطى عن طريق ميزانية اﻷمم المتحدة حتى نهاية سنة ١٩٩٥، على أقل تقدير، على افتراض أن الاتفاق سيدخل حيز النفاذ بحلول ٢١ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٤، وحتى نهاية سنة ١٩٩٩، على أكثر تقدير، على افتراض أن الاتفاق سيدخل حيز النفاذ بحلول ١٦ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٨.

2. By its resolution 48/263 of 28 July 1994, the General Assembly decided that, " until the end of the year following the year during which the Agreement [relating to the implementation of Part XI of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 10 December 1982] enters into force, the administrative expenses of the International Seabed Authority shall be met through the budget of the United Nations " .
