38. Requests the Secretary-General to prepare for the consideration of the General Assembly at its fiftieth session a report on follow-up to the Fourth World Conference on Women, taking into consideration the recommendations made at the Conference;
٣٨ - تطلب كذلك إلى اﻷمين العام أن يعد تقريرا عن متابعة المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة، يراعي فيه التوصيات التي اتخذها المؤتمر، وذلك لتنظر فيه الجمعية في دورتها الخمسين؛

The present report, which is submitted pursuant to General Assembly resolution 62/137, provides information on follow-up to the Fourth World Conference on Women by examining the extent to which intergovernmental bodies have paid attention to gender perspectives in their work.
يعرض هذا التقرير، المقدم عملا بقرار الجمعية العامة 62/137، معلومات عن متابعة المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة من خلال دراسة مدى ما أبدته الهيئات الحكومية الدولية من اهتمام بالمنظورات الجنسانية في إطار أعمالها.

34. Encourages international financial institutions to continue to review and revise policies, procedures and staffing to ensure that investments and programmes benefit women, and invites the Secretary-General to include information on any such steps in his annual report on follow-up to the Fourth World Conference on Women, to be submitted to the General Assembly at its fifty-fourth session;
٤٣ - تشجع المؤسسات المالية الدولية على مواصلة استعراض السياسات واﻹجراءات وعملية التوظيف وتنقيحها للتأكد من أن الاستثمارات والبرامج تفيد المرأة، وتدعو اﻷمين العام إلى إدراج معلومات عن أية خطوات من هذا القبيل في تقريره السنوي عن متابعة المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة، الذي سيقدم إلى الجمعية العامة، في دورتها الرابعة والخمسين؛

Since the issuance of the report of the Secretary-General to the General Assembly at its fifty-fifth session on follow-up to the Fourth World Conference on Women and full implementation of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action (A/55/293), a number of events have occurred at the international, regional and national levels under the auspices of NGOs.
59 - منذ صدور التقرير الذي قدمه الأمين العام إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الخامسة والخمسين عن متابعة المؤتمر العالمي الرابع المعني بالمرأة والتنفيذ الكامل لإعلان ومنهاج عمل بيجين (A/55/293)، نظمت تحت رعاية المنظمات غير الحكومية عدة أنشطة على الصعيد الدولي والإقليمي والوطني.
